Designed for preschool aged children and their carers, the sessions are run by qualified yoga instructor Danielle (Dee Dee) Connor of Yoga Budz.

Dee Dee energetically introduces young children to various Yoga poses and movements in a fun and age appropriate way. Children’s Yoga is not only a great form of exercise and relaxation, but is also super cute to watch. Kids will love acting like animals, telling stories with their movements, and moving their bodies into a mix of serene and dynamic positions.

"My son Alfie, now almost 5, has been attending yoga with Dee Dee for over 2 years. She is an amazing teacher and connects beautifully with the children. Her classes are dynamic and engaging, perfect for little people, with just the right amount of meditation, teachings and yoga poses and of course fun for the kids. We have adopted many of the techniques we learnt from Dee Dee into our every day family life, including buzzy bee breathing, which my son uses himself to calm tantrums. Her influence is so positive that at 3 he was running yoga sessions himself for his cousins and at his daycare. We are grateful to have come upon such a wonderful teacher to introduce yoga into our little persons life."
